How much can you make as an Uber Eats driver in Australia?

It depends on several things – the city you’re in, how many hours you spend driving and delivering, as well as the distances you have to cover to make the deliveries or even the weather.

There is no exact number to how much you can make as an Uber Eats driver. But in big cities like Sydney, the average income of an Uber Eats driver is around $10 for each delivery. If a delivery driver can complete 3 orders per trip every hour, that means about $30 per hour. This is below the national average hourly wage ($44.00 an hour), but above the minimum wage of $20.33.

The OSA, however, calculated that an Uber Eats driver could probably make between $6 and $12 per delivery, with an average delivery time of about 15 to 30 minutes to complete.
