- The sender will be asked to meet you at the kerbside of the pick-up location to safely load the package into the boot of your vehicle and help minimise contact
- If you’re having difficulty locating the item or the drop-off location, you can call the requester in the app for additional information.
Sherpa
By joining the Sherpa network of crowdsourced couriers, you can deliver packages 7 days a week between 7 AM and 9 PM within the major cities.
